The Community Outreach is a ministry that connects those in need to those who want to help through financial assistance, referrals and education. The ministry offers two programs that give people the opportunity to connect on a personal level with those needing help.
Project Jump Start is an intensive, 18-week, home-based personal financial literacy educational program taught by professional counselors at Consumer Credit Counseling and trained mentors. Families learn how to make their money work for them instead of working for their money.
A program that engages the community in providing families and individuals with opportunities to achieve safe and permanent housing. The Community Outreach partners with the local faith community, service organizations, and businesses to provide participants with financial literacy and parenting curriculum.
