Our Mission

Aided and empowered by Churches and strong community partners, The Community Outreach will be known as a persistent advocate for the poor of the Sioux Empire.  Through our generous partners and our committed staff, we will respond to the most urgent needs of our poor citizens.  Because of The Community Outreach, the poor will have a voice and a “very present help in the time of trouble.”
